Packages will be mailed out through USPS First Class within 7-10 business days upon fulfillment of order. I will do all I can to ensure you get your package as soon as possible. Customer Service is a priority here at Simply Beautiful and communication is key.

There may be possible delays in shipping. If it affects your order you will be contacted directly.

** For guaranteed delivery dates, please consider Express Mail shipping upgrade. The post office does not guarantee a delivery date with priority or first class mail. It is not in my control how quickly your item will be received once I have mailed your package so I cannot guarantee a delivery date unless you have opted for express mail shipping.

**NOTE Please take note of the availability dates on product pages. Shipping time on these items will vary.

Please ensure your PayPal name, email and mailing address are current as Simply Beautiful is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect information.

Each bottle of Simply Beautiful polish is carefully inspected and packed to be protected through its journey to you. We are not liable for the actions of the USPS, and urge everyone to track their package and purchase signature confirmation in situations where it is required.

Simply Beautiful can assist you with swap packages, secret Santa and random acts of kindness. We will discreetly mail polishes to the recipient of your choice. Please note a shipping and handling fee will apply to each destination.

For SB customers that live in the Dallas Fort Worth area and have a special circumstance, there is a SPECIAL RUSH rate service available. For a fee once the paid order is complete your order can be hand-delivered to your door.
